Nothing is better than a loaf of moist, flavorful banana bread…unless it's five of them. If you're feeling generous, you can even give a few of these adorable minis away.

What You Need

pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding

 eggs

cup water
1/4
cup oil
1
cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1/2
cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BEAT first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer 2 min. or until well blended. Add bananas and nuts; mix just until blended.

POUR into 5 foil mini loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool completely.

How to Store Ripe Bananas
Have too many ripe bananas? Mash bananas, then store 1-cup portions in separate resealable freezer bags. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator before using to prepare these delicious banana breads.

Bake a batch to share! These mini loaves will keep three days at room temp or three months in the freezer.
