It’s like your fave sweet banana bread with walnuts, only flat. Warm from the skillet with fresh bananas on top, not even sleepyheads can resist.

What You Need

3/4
cup white whole wheat flour
3/4
cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

Tbsp. sugar
2
tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/4
tsp. salt
2
large fully ripe bananas, divided
1
whole egg plus 1 egg white
1-1/2
cups fat-free milk
1/3
cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1/4
cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients until well blended.

MASH 1 banana in large bowl; whisk in eggs, milk and sour cream. Add dry ingredients and nuts; mix well.

LADLE batter into hot skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides. Slice remaining banana; top pancakes with banana slices.
