  • Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  • Mash 1 banana in large bowl; whisk in egg, egg white, milk and sour cream. Add dry ingredients and nuts; mix well.
  • Ladle batter into hot skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides. Slice remaining banana; top pancakes with banana slices.

Substitute

Substitute PLANTERS Pecans for the walnuts.

Next time I make these, instead of adding the oats to the other dry ingredients, I will soak them in the milk for about 30 minutes, then add to the wet mixture then combine the wet and dry ingredients.

Part of my family doesn't like nuts so I put in about 1 Tbls of flax seed for oil instead of the nuts (but I bet they would have been really good in it)
