The only reason I didn't rate this a 5-star was because some of the filling fell slightly after cutting the pie. It didn't affect the taste though - I will be making this pie again. Maybe next time I'll decrease the amount of milk a few tablespoons and see if this fixes the problem. This pie was so good and was so easy to make my daughter-in-law said even she could make this one. My husband and grandsons said, 'Yes, this recipe is a keeper'.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was DELICIOUS! This was DELICIOUS!!! It didn't set up as well as I had hoped (hold is pie like shape once cut) but it was delicious anyhow!!! I used a reduced fat grahm crust, sugar free pudding and fat free whipped cream to make this waistline friendly. It was delicious and we LOVE bananas!

The only thing I found was, when you first put the bananas on the bottom, the pie crust just broke apart. What I did different was put a thin layer of mixture, THEN the bananas, then finished with the rest of the mixture, then my crust didn't break away...Delish!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was quite good. This was quite good. I am not a banana lover. I made it with half a tub of Crystal Light lemonade because that was what I had and also to cut calories. It's a quick way to use up bananas that are getting to the "it's almost time to make banana bread" point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from YUMMY! YUMMY! I think this tastes best if left overnight in the fridge. I altered the recipe a little and made a lighter version using sugar free pudding mix, lite or fat free cool whip, and a reduced fat pie crust. You'll never know the difference

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A super easy recipe, shared on the back deck of my house with neighbors on a pleasant summer night. A super easy recipe, shared on the back deck of my house with neighbors on a pleasant summer night. I cut back 1/4 cup of the milk so the pie would not potentially run. I will make it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the Banana lover. Great for the Banana lover. I added a twist. Instead of the vanilla pudding, I used Banana pudding mix. It really brought out the banana flavor, and it wasn't too much. GREAT and QUICK!!! A++
