  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix egg, bananas and MIRACLE WHIP until blended. Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in nuts.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
