Place graham crackers in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Crush the grahams into crumbs by rolling a rolling pin across the bag.

The flavor was ok but they were totally gummy in texture. I have made way better recipes and would not make these again.
Good flavor, but came out too moist and a bit too sweet.
I also added cinnamon and used 3 bananas, but mine were gooey. Maybe I didn't add enough graham crackers? I cooked them like 4 min more and they were still a bit too "moist". The flavor was good though.
