  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine oats, flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Beat eggs with whisk in medium bowl. Add bananas and vanilla; mix well. Add to oat mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in nuts.
  • Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan. Serve warm.
