  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix egg, peanut butter, bananas and dressing in large bowl until blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  • Pour half the batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top evenly with marshmallow creme. Cover with remaining batter.
  • Bake 45 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
