What You Need

4
slices  whole grain bread
1/4
cup  PLANTERS Banana Granola Crunch – Crunchy Peanut Butter with Banana and Granola
2
 eggs
2
Tbsp.  milk
1/2
tsp.  vanilla
1
tsp.  powdered sugar

Make It

SPREAD 2 bread slices with peanut butter; cover with remaining bread slices. Lightly press edges together to seal.

WHISK eggs, milk and vanilla in pie plate until blended.

DIP sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, turning to evenly moisten both sides of each.

SPRAY large heavy skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add sandwiches; cook 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with sugar.
