Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family went crazy over this. My family went crazy over this. But instead of using parfait glasses -I used oblong glass pan. I added about 20 more(may need more) vanilla wafers to crush. Put a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, layer of pudding mixture, layer of bananas - sprinkle evenly more crushed vanilla wafers, the pudding mixture, another layer of bananas spread over the rest of pudding mxture & sprinkle the rest of the crushed vanilla wafers over the top. Refrigerate 4 hrs before serving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is also good using strawberry pudding and chocolate pudding instead of the banana flavor. This is also good using strawberry pudding and chocolate pudding instead of the banana flavor. You can also use chocolate cookies with the strawberry pudding, and if you really like chocolate, you can use the chocolate cooking with the chocolate pudding. Adding a few walnut or pecan pieces is another way to make it different. My family enjoys this when it is made and put into fancy dishes. You can change it for each person if necessary.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overall the parfaits turned out ok, but not the way the I intended. Overall the parfaits turned out ok, but not the way the I intended. I never made pudding before and it did not turnout to great, but the ones I made were edible. I will next time juzst make the pudding from the box, and then layer everything as planned. I think there should have been more detail about how to make the pudding form, like it does in the picture

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was so simple and so delicious! This recipe was so simple and so delicious! The banana pudding was scrumptious on its own. Add it generously, because I still had some left over. I also added mini-chocolate chips and sprinkles after each layer of pudding- it gave the parfait a splash of rich color, especially on top! I will definitely make these again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good and very easy. Very good and very easy. I used 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup whipped topping instead of the 3/4 cup whipped topping. Also, to keep your banana slices from turning brown, toss them in a little lemon-lime soda (like 7-Up or Sprite) instead of plain lemon juice. They are better tasting than using plain lemon juice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I actually layered the ingredients (Pudding, then cookies then cool whip) in a 9X12 glass baking pan... I actually layered the ingredients (Pudding, then cookies then cool whip) in a 9X12 glass baking pan and let everyone dish it out into a bowl for themselves. They loved it and keep asking me to make it again! ** I couldn't find bananna pudding, so I mashed a bananna in to the pudding mix. GREAT RECIPE!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Recipe! Great Recipe! Easy and fun to make. Since the banana pudding was too sweet for me, I tried Vanilla instead and it was delicious! you can even do strawberries instead of the Nilla wafers. I make this once a month and I've tried it with different fruits- great treat!
