  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour over crust.
  • Bake 30 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Serve topped with the strawberries, sliced bananas and pineapple.

Prepare and refrigerate as directed. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans and drizzle with melted BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate before cutting into pieces.

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method.  Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed.  Remove foil.  When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.

I always bring one when invited over someone's house as a hostess gift. It is the only cake my husband wants me to make because as he says,"nothing can taste better than this". I agree. I do add a capful of banana extract to the batter which produces more of a banana taste! Definetely a keeper and one of my favorite recipes ever!

Everytime I make it, I get RAVE reviews! It's beautiful, delicious, and fun to make! I always make it with the nuts and drizzled chocolate too. I use semisweet chocolate morsels instead of squares. I found them easier to melt in the microwave.

I made two pans of it for a group and everyone thought it was delicious and were impressed by the whipped cream, fruit and nuts sprinkled on top. They all thought it took me all day to make! Ha! Fooled them!It even tastes like a banana split! Will I make it again? You betcha! Hats off to the creator of this recipe!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for Father's Day and EVERYONE loved it! Made this for Father's Day and EVERYONE loved it! This is one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had. I used 2 bananas in the cake and topped it with sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. Kids and adults raved about it - my 2 year-old said "I love your cheesecake Mommy:" I will be making this again :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe and it was fantastic! I made this recipe and it was fantastic! To me it tasted like a mix between banana cream pie and cheese cake. I did make a couple adjustments. I used three bananas mashed up. I also added a container of whipped cream mixed with half a box of vanilla pudding mix. I refrigerated it over night before serving it. So good I am making it again for my sons party!

I had to use extra graham crackers and butter fo the crust but that was a minor adjustment. I topped it exactly like a banana split with chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, bananas, pineapples, strawberries, cherries, and pecans.

Had toppings of nuts, crushed pineapple, strawberries, bananas and chocolate syrup! Cheesecake could have been a little higher. Next time I'll make minor modifications to correct that. Overall it's a great recipe that's fun to serve!!

I made it for my book club meeting and it was such a hit I decided to make it as a birthday gift to one of my friends. She told me that cheesecake was the "bomb" (which means very good) and that she was really enjoying it.
