Prepare using light ice cream or frozen low-fat yogurt.
This frosty dessert can be prepared ahead of time. Freeze up to 3 days before serving. For best results, let dessert stand at room temperature about 10 min. to soften slightly before serving.
Run a long sharp knife under hot water. Gently shake off the excess water, then use the warm knife to cut the frozen dessert.
Chocolate must be slightly cooled before pouring it over ice cream to prevent the ice cream from melting. Chocolate will harden almost immediately after drizzling over dessert.
