  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Reserve half the mayo mixture to serve with cooked shrimp.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Empty coating mix into shallow dish. Add shrimp to remaining mayo mixture; toss until evenly coated. Dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 7 min. or until shrimp are tender.
  • Place shrimp on platter; drizzle with reserved mayo mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Special Equipment Needed


Prepare recipe as directed, reducing Sriracha sauce to 1 Tbsp. and substituting Thai sweet chili sauce for the sweet-and-sour sauce.


For best results, bake shrimp immediately after coating it with the coating mix.
