Rated 3 out of 5 by from TIP : Don't get the Grands style biscuits, because they bake up way too high for the meat. TIP : Don't get the Grands style biscuits, because they bake up way too high for the meat. Also, just use a can of Manwich and save your time - it's great and the kids loved it! P.S. - Spray the pans before putting the biscuit dough in there. Just sayin'

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely excellent, even though I omitted the carrots. Absolutely excellent, even though I omitted the carrots. HELPFUL HINT......If you bring your biscuits to room temperature before using, they are a LOT easier to handle. Simply flatten biscuits gently with fingers and put in muffin tin.....as you press filling into biscuits, the sides gradually rise in the pan. This is wonderful with all kinds of fillings, especially chicken salad (add a bit of cream cheese for texture) bake and serve cold. EXCELLENT!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this but not exactly the same... I made this but not exactly the same... I used Grands Flaky biscuits,1 lb.ground beef, barbecue sauce, and shredded cheese. I halfed the biscuits by splitting them in the middle. I put the bottoms in muffin pan, fill with cooked beef that had barbecue sauce added, put a bit of shredded cheese on then put the remaining part of biscuit on top added more cheese on top, and cooked the time the biscuits said and served. It's was Wonderful!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really liked these. I really liked these. Made a few minor tweaks. Put a little bit of cheese onto each biscuit before adding the beef, to add moistness and flavor. Also sprinkled a little bit of mrs. dash onto the beef while it was browning for a little additional flavor. I would definitely make again, very tasty!! Even my picky daughter who doesn't eat anything with bbq sauce on it liked it and loved it(though I did use less bbq sauce).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was very good! This recipe was very good! My only complaint was that it was a little time consuming. I also had to add extra of some things. I used 2lbs of ground beef, 1 whole bottle of bbq sauce, 2 cans of biscuits, and 1 whole cup of shredded cheese. I also omitted the green pepper and carrot, to make a little more kid friendly. Over all, this was very good, very easy, everyone liked it, and I will definitely make again!

I made according to recipe, and of course the family loved it, I then tried with phyllo and used shredded chicken and alfredo sauce with chopped broccoli, they also loved that, I am now experimenting with all kinds of mix and match. Thank you so much for giving me a whole new way to get the grandkids to eat the same dinner. ( I usually have to make 3 different entrees in order to get them all to eat, lol.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was a pretty good recipe. It was a pretty good recipe. You get two biscuits in a serving for 290cal, so I say not bad. It could have used a little more BBQ sauce and more cheese (when I make it again I will definitely do this.) Also, it says to only use part of the biscuits but there was more than enough filling for the whole can. I actually had trouble getting all the filling to go down into the biscuits.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was trying to find something different to cook instead of the same old same old. I was trying to find something different to cook instead of the same old same old. I decided I would try this recipe and it was a hit with my family. My ailing 92 year old step father who hardly eats anything, ate his entire biscuit with no problem and even contemplated weather or not he wanted a second. I even have a picky 18 month old who ate almost every bite.
