Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty quick & easy little recipe! Pretty quick & easy little recipe! I used whole grain brown rice & beef tips because I had them already at home. I accidentally cooked the meat/onions/peppers too quickly before the rice was finished and they got a little soggy. Won't make the same mistake again! I tried the recipe with cut up chicken and it was equally delicious! My husband loved both ways and he's a very picky eater.
