  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix chicken, pepper and 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill patties 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Top with 2% Milk Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Spread cut surfaces of rolls with sandwich spread. Fill with cheeseburgers, bacon and avocado slices.

Keeping It Safe

Let meat, poultry and seafood cook on the grill for a couple minutes after the last brush with a basting sauce. This prevents bacterial contamination since the basting brush was probably used on the food when it was raw.

Use Your Broiler

Broil patties, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Top with 2% Milk Singles; broil 1 min. or until melted.
