This is a delicious meal if you omit some of the chili pepper and cayenne pepper. I like spicy but this was a little too warm. Even hot it was good enough to make again, but I'll use less spice next time. Very tasty served over rice.
Soooo good! I have made this several times and have to hold myself back from making it more often. I serve it over spaghetti and have changed the name to "My Favorite Spaghetti" recipe.
