Prepare and shape loaf in 12x8-inch microwavable baking dish as directed. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until cooked through, turning dish after 6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
