Allow 30 to 40 min. for the charcoal coals to be ready for outdoor grilling. The coals are ready when covered with a fine gray ash. If the fire is too hot, use tongs to spread out the coals. Or, for a hotter fire push the coals closer together.

GREAT! without any changes. We did not think it was too sweet.
I used only 2.5 lbs of pork and full amount of sauce and the ratio was definitely off. The flavor of the sauce was very sweet, but good. I will look for a less sweet BBQ sauce to use next time instead of kind I used for this go-round.
Nice spicy kick. Everyone liked it! Would definitely make it again.
