This salad's got heaps of flavor, thanks to chicken cooked with BBQ sauce and toppings that include ranch dressing and sharp cheddar crumbles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Normally I make the recipe as directed the 1st time, then "tweak" it. Normally I make the recipe as directed the 1st time, then "tweak" it. But, this recipe is the start of my FAVORITE items on a menu of a local restaurant....BUT, they raised their prices and refuse to serve 1/2 orders for lunch!!! So, now I can make this great salad meal, for 1/4 the price (they charge $9.95 and it's mostly greens!) and I promise if you like the "added" ingrediants, you will become a FAN! Make as directed, whichever is easier for you on the chicken, just add some black beans (rinsed), mexicorn (drained), 1/2 of an avocado and some LIGHTLY crushed restaurant style corn tortilla chips. This all can be a bit heated or at room temp. Add a bit more BBQ sauce and I have never used the Ranch dressing that comes with it! I'm a SAUCE person!! So, that says something!! Hope you enjoy!! Thanks Kraft!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was delicious. It was delicious. The ranch really cut the taste of the bbq sauce, we actually added a quarter cup of sour cream and it really made it better the second time. Very nice refreshing salad and not too heavy at all. Great for summer, or actually any time. Make them extra big adn make it a complete meal with Kraft Crackers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I make a slightly different version. I make a slightly different version. I grill boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips. I use Romaine lettuce with tomatoes, black olives, celery, grated Parmesan cheese and mix in some cooked rotini pasta. Top with Caesar dressing and croutans. This is probably our favorite summer dinner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This salad is GOOD! This salad is GOOD!!! We used freshly grilled chicken instead of the packaged kind. Then we mix the ranch dressing with the BBQ sauce and use it as our dressing. And throw in black beans and corn... Sometimes avocado!
