I just noticed thyat for what ever reason, my rating slipped back to only three stars... it was supposed to be six stars!
I did have this meal on two ********** this last week; with only four changes, not counting using the oven to cook. For the chicken, I chose the pulley-bone cut, deboned and sliced 3/4 through into tenderloin pieces, the vegetables used were both bell pepper and Vidalia onion slices with the pineapple. I found the first time that using only one T. barbeque allowed it to become too diluted and the meat a bit dry, so I increased the sauce amount to about 3 T. For my taste buds, this was very delicious and tender; I feel I "knocked -it-out-of-the-park!"
This sounds so good but who wants to use up a lot of charcoal to grill something for a short time.? Please include oven directions for all the foil pack recipes! It's easier to use the oven and cheaper, also lots less work.
