Barbecued Orange Chicken

Chicken quarters are marinated briefly in honey barbecue sauce and orange juice then oven roasted to juicy perfection.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT THICK 'N SPICY Honey Barbecue Sauce
1
Tbsp.  grated orange zest
1/4
cup  orange juice
1
 broiler-fryer chicken, quartered (3-1/2 lb.)

Make It

MIX barbecue sauce, orange zest and juice in resealable plastic bag or glass baking dish. Add chicken; turn to coat. Seal bag or cover dish; refrigerate at least 30 min. to marinate.

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken, skin side up, on rack in foil-lined roasting pan.

BAKE 40 to 50 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Variation
Prepare as directed, substituting 2 large Cornish game hens, split, for the quartered broiler-fryer chicken.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce.
Special Extra
Garnish with orange slices just before serving.
