  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place zucchini in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Pour barbecue sauce over zucchini; stir until zucchini is evenly coated. Sprinkle with the dry stuffing mix. Drizzle with butter; cover.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese or OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits just before serving.


Substitute yellow squash for the zucchini.

    Actually cooked on the BBQ. Rave reviews from one and all. Plan to try with yellow crook neck next. Recipe will be used many times this squash season. Barb

    OMG! What a waste of all the ingredients! I usually have an open mind & will try anything once. Well, I did. YUCK! Zucchini was hard (I even baked this another 10 minutes), stuffing was dry. I even added chopped up Itailan Sausage to add meat/flavor. And BBQ sauce just not a good combo. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR FOOD!

    I made this recipe for Easter last year and it turned out dry. I tried again but this time preparing the stuffing (per pkg directions) then adding over the veggies w/bbq sauce and it turned out so much better. Stuffing was good and the veggies crisp and sweet from Bullseye BBq sauce which is our family's favorite! We'll be having it again for Easter this year!
