Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for Easter last year and it turned out dry. I made this recipe for Easter last year and it turned out dry. I tried again but this time preparing the stuffing (per pkg directions) then adding over the veggies w/bbq sauce and it turned out so much better. Stuffing was good and the veggies crisp and sweet from Bullseye BBq sauce which is our family's favorite! We'll be having it again for Easter this year!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from OMG! OMG! What a waste of all the ingredients! I usually have an open mind & will try anything once. Well, I did. YUCK! Zucchini was hard (I even baked this another 10 minutes), stuffing was dry. I even added chopped up Itailan Sausage to add meat/flavor. And BBQ sauce just not a good combo. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR FOOD!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This recipe was awful. This recipe was awful. The thought of fixing it again just about makes me sick. None of the rest of my family liked it either - I followed the recipe, but I did use a different kind of BBQ sauce.
