I took them to a Memorial Day picnic as an appetizer and everyone LOVED them! I know I will make them again because they have already been requested for future get togethers! :)

I used chedder and mozzerella cheese and added a little pesto on the inside of the top tortilla before baking. Quick and easy recipe. tastes great with salsa, too!

I used whole wheat tortillas and used the mozarella instead of parmesean on top and they were AH-MAZING!!! The basil flavor is so refreshing!
