What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

1/2

cup KRAFT THICK 'N SPICY Original Barbecue Sauce

pkg. (2.8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces

small tomato, chopped

1/2

cup chopped green peppers

green onions, sliced

1-1/2

cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

TRISCUIT Crackers

Make It

SPREAD Neufchatel onto large platter or bottom of 12-inch pizza pan; drizzle with barbecue sauce.

TOP with bacon, vegetables and Cheddar.

SERVE with crackers.

Prepare as directed, substituting chili sauce or TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa for the barbecue sauce and/or add a layer of finely chopped lettuce, celery or OSCAR MAYER Bologna for the spread.

Variation

This recipe is soooo easy I have made it twice in one week....served it with scoop tortilla chips too. We loved it! I would recommend the KRAFT THICK N SPICY it is perfect! I am so picky about barbeque sauces but this was really good!

Best served at room temperature so it's easier to scoop up the cream cheese. I made half the recipe for a small gathering.

I made this for my bookclub and everyone clamored for the recipe, then begged me to bring it the next month. It's the perfect thing to bring if you are short on time.

This was the best ever party spread! The bbq sauce added the extra zip to make this a real hit at my last party. My company really liked it, and the Triscuit Thin Crisps were just the right snack cracker to use for dipping. It was easy and quick to put together, even at the last minute. I will make it again at our next family get together.
