In the middle of winter, there's nothing like the summery flavor of this BBQ Beef Bowl to keep you warm. (P.S. It's delicious in the middle of summer too.)

What You Need

lb.   lean ground beef
1
 green pepper, chopped
1
small  yellow onion, chopped
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1
cup  frozen corn
1/2
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice
4
oz.  (1/4 of 1-lb. pkg.) VELVEETA®, cut into 4 slices

cup  sliced green onions

Make It

COOK meat with peppers and yellow onions in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until meat is browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD tomatoes, corn and barbecue sauce; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally.

SPOON rice evenly into four soup bowls; top with the meat mixture and VELVEETA. Sprinkle evenly with green onions.

For spicier flavor, stir in hot sauce or ground red pepper (cayenne) to taste.
