Rated 1 out of 5 by from Even though I did not make this recipe I rated it a Not Very Good. Even though I did not make this recipe I rated it a Not Very Good. I rated it this because it is under the healthy recipes and I do not see where it is healthy. To make it better it should suggest to replace the beef with chicken and to use the whole wheat tortillas. Also, it suggest to top it off with cheese and sour cream not fat free cheese and sour cream. All this would lower the calories and the fat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely awful. Absolutely awful. Neither myself, my husband, nor our two children ages 7 and 11 cared for this and we threw most of it away. The barbecue sauce gives this a very sweet taste - too sweet. It does not have a Mexican flavor at all. If you are a fan of restaurant fajitas, this will be disappointing. If the sweet taste does not bother you, I would at least recommend using about half of the recommended amount.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just rinted out the recipe and it sounds good. Just rinted out the recipe and it sounds good. But I think I would add fresh mushrooms to the veggies. And someone else mentioned removing the BBQ sauge and just using seasoning. If that would lower the sodium that would be good. Will have to try both ways. Still not sure about the BBQ sauce.

And this was great if you like bbq sauce, because this is not meant to be a mexican style fajita at all. My family & I liked it, with chicken, OR steak.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a quick and easy dinner. This was a quick and easy dinner. So easy I left the recipe and ingredients for my husband and he made it. It was also very tasty. We used a frozen onion pepper blend and it worked fine. Just another way to make it easier and fast.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not very good. Not very good. We spent the money to get nice cuts of meat and were excited to try this dish, however they were sloppy and my 2 yrs old wouldn't take more than 2-3 bites. We ended up throwing away almost all of this:(
