  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, pepper and onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove meat and peppers from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add Shell Macaroni and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until Shells are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in meat, contents of Cheese Sauce packet and barbecue sauce; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
