BBQ Beef Skillet Dinner

Bring flavor from the backyard BBQ right into your kitchen in a simple one-skillet dish that features macaroni, cheese and BBQ sauce.

What You Need

lb.  ground beef
1-1/2
cups  water
1
can  (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2
cups  elbow macaroni, uncooked
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.

STIR in water, tomatoes and barbecue sauce; bring to boil. Add macaroni and 1 cup cheese; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until macaroni is tender.

TOP with remaining cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min.

Variation
Prepare using lean ground beef and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
