  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Place half the ribs in single layer on center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Mix sugar and seasonings; rub half evenly onto both sides of ribs. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and one end to seal packet. Add 1/4 cup orange juice to packet through open end. Double fold remaining end, leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Repeat to make second packet.
  • Place packets on grate of grill; cover with lid. Grill 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
  • Return ribs to grill; brush with combined barbecue sauce and bourbon. Grill 15 min., turning occasionally and brushing with remaining sauce.

Serve this special entrée with a hot baked potato and crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Use Your Oven

Heat oven to 450°F. Assemble foil packets as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil. Heat broiler. Place ribs on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 15 min., turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce.

    I have made this recipe twice now, Once with boneless and once with bone in. The family loved both. I think it cooked better with boneless. I'm going to try boneless pork chops next

    These were fantastic! I made them in the oven and they came out delicious. I highly recommend every one try them!

    This was by far the best recipe for ribs I have ever made. The only thing I did different was to cook it in a cooking bag, instead of the tin foil and broiled it in the oven. I will difinitely be making these again, soon.
