  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix sauces in medium bowl. Remove 1/4 cup; reserve for later use. Combine chicken, coating mix and egg; mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing with remaining sauce mixture for the last 2 min.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, burgers and reserved sauce. Serve with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing.

Serving Suggestion

Round out the meal with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit.

For milder flavor, reduce Buffalo wing sauce to 2 Tbsp. and remove 3 Tbsp. of the sauce mixture (instead of 1/4 cup) to serve on burgers.

Good flavor. Not too hot, but flavorful.

I'm looking forward to making this again already. Love buffalo sauce and even my 4 yr old loved this, who normally hates chicken. For her and my husband, I did 2 tbs buffalo and 2 tbsp bbq. For myself, I added extra buffalo after the sandwich was made. Next time I'll double the recipe for leftovers. I didn't bother with the veggies and blue cheese. I grilled asparagus since I had the grill going anyway.

Next time I won't use so much of the sauce on it. The meat was flavorful enough.
