Good flavor. Not too hot, but flavorful.
I'm looking forward to making this again already. Love buffalo sauce and even my 4 yr old loved this, who normally hates chicken. For her and my husband, I did 2 tbs buffalo and 2 tbsp bbq. For myself, I added extra buffalo after the sandwich was made. Next time I'll double the recipe for leftovers. I didn't bother with the veggies and blue cheese. I grilled asparagus since I had the grill going anyway.
Next time I won't use so much of the sauce on it. The meat was flavorful enough.
