Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix sauces in medium bowl. Remove 1/4 cup; reserve for later use. Combine chicken, coating mix and egg; mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing with remaining sauce mixture for the last 2 min.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, burgers and reserved sauce. Serve with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing.

Serving Suggestion

Round out the meal with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit.

Variation

For milder flavor, reduce Buffalo wing sauce to 2 Tbsp. and remove 3 Tbsp. of the sauce mixture (instead of 1/4 cup) to serve on burgers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm looking forward to making this again already. I'm looking forward to making this again already. Love buffalo sauce and even my 4 yr old loved this, who normally hates chicken. For her and my husband, I did 2 tbs buffalo and 2 tbsp bbq. For myself, I added extra buffalo after the sandwich was made. Next time I'll double the recipe for leftovers. I didn't bother with the veggies and blue cheese. I grilled asparagus since I had the grill going anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hit at the Campground I decided to make this over the 4th of July weekend. My husband was doubtful...so happy to say that I proved him wrong with this recipe! We have made it a few times since and they are always a hit. I have found that making a full size patty is VERY filling, so know I make these as sliders.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My family enjoyed this recipe. My family enjoyed this recipe. It reminded me of a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. I added American cheese to the burgers once they were almost finished and I think it really added a lot to it. We'll be making these again soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was awesome! This was awesome! I ground my own chicken breast and switched out the hot pepper sauce for Jalapeno Tabasco. I also switched out the Blue Cheese Dressing for 2% Sliced American Cheese. 9 points for Weight Watchers!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe using less of the buffalo sauce and the barbecue sauce and it was good. I made this recipe using less of the buffalo sauce and the barbecue sauce and it was good. I also used regular bread crumbs because I was out of shake n bake. My family really enjoyed this. I would make this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delicious and different! Delicious and different! These were almost too spicy for me, dipping them in ranch made them perfect. Unfortunately I do not have a grill so it meant cleaning up a very messy, caked-on pan, but it was worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very tasty! Very tasty! But I ended up adding some of the buffalo/BBQ sauce mixture into the ground chicken. Use the rest to brush onto the burgers while grilling.
