I didn't have any onions so I used homegrown cucumbers and I baked the chicken instead of grilling and it turned out really well. Love fruit on salads!
Very good hot day entree. I added grapes and slivered almonds. Used red wine vinaigrete as I think it pairs up with the sweet fruit better.
