HEAT grill to medium-high heat.
PLACE potatoes in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining ingredients.
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place on grate of grill; cover with lid.
GRILL 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165°F) and potatoes are tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
