For a quick alternative to the cooked fresh chicken, use 2 cups chopped leftover chicken or from a rotisserie chicken purchased at your local supermarket.

Prepare using 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese.
Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 400ºF. Prepare pizza as directed. Do not bake. Place pizza on grill over unlit area; cover. Grill 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, monitoring for consistent grill temperature. Rotate pizza halfway through the grilling time since the side of the pizza closest to the lit side of the grill may brown more quickly than the other side.
