So tasty and easy to make, my nephew and his college buddies wanted the recipe! I use vegetarian chicken pieces and canned corn, so I always have the ingredients and the time to make it. Have with a glass of milk, and you can't ask for a much healthier meal! (I do cut the bbq sauce down a little for sodium reasons, then let everyone add extra if desired.) I've also substituted many other kinds of sauces, and it still turns out great.
