  • Reduce heat to medium-low; sprinkle with pepper and zucchini. Cover. Simmer 10 min.

    I love this recipe! i first made it with green peppers and onions and it was great! We have 3 small children and they loved it. We don't like zucchini so that was fine. You do have to add your own seasonings and sweeten the sauce a little if you like you barbecue sauce sweet.

    It was delicious! It reminded me of a stir fry, but this was a lot faster and more economical.
