Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is such a delicious, healthy, and filling salad. This is such a delicious, healthy, and filling salad. It couldn't have been easier to make ~ I just put the pre-cut chicken strips in a bowl and microwaved for 30 seconds. I used Kraft fat free ranch instead of regular. This will become a staple in my diet. The bbq sauce adds a great flavor... I never would have thought of that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is very good! This is very good! Perfect for breaking out of the dinnertime blahs we'd fallen into. We added canned corn (with liquid drained), black beans, and tortilla chips for a more southwestern flavor.
