BBQ Chicken & Vegetables Dinner

Take some plain boneless, skinless chicken breasts and turn them into something bright and delicious. Try this BBQ chicken and vegetable recipe today.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3/4
cup  orange marmalade
1
tsp.  soy sauce
4
 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb.)
1
Tbsp.  oil
4
cups  chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
3
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients; set aside.

COOK chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until done (165°F).

ADD sauce mixture and vegetables; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve over rice.
