MIX all ingredients except ribs in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Add ribs. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
REMOVE lid. Bring to boil; cook 20 min. or until no liquid remains. Cook on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until ribs are browned on both sides, turning frequently.
