Substitute two 1 lb. flank steaks for the sirloin steaks. Increase marinating time to 3 hours. Grill on medium-high heat 17 to 21 min. or until medium doneness.
Prepare as directed, substituting pitted black olives for the green olives and adding chopped fresh cilantro to taste.
Steak can be refrigerated up to 8 hours to marinate.
