BBQ Grilled Steak Wraps

Grilled steak can and does fit into a healthy eating plan! Add onions, peppers, BBQ sauce and melted cheese, and you've got a smart, tasty wrap.

What You Need

beef sirloin steak (1 lb.)

onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

each red and green pepper, quartered

1/2

cup BULL'S-EYE Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce with A.1.

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

HEAT greased grill to medium heat.

GRILL steak 1 min. Add vegetables to grill; cook 8 to 10 min. or until steak is medium doneness (160ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.

CUT steak and vegetables into thin strips. Spoon onto tortillas; top with cheese. Roll up.

My only suggestion is that 160F is not medium rare, especially when considering the temp rises after cooking.

Didn't not add the red pepper because it was not on my shopping list. I also cooked the pepper and onion separate from the beef... and when i made my steak wrap I added sour cream and a slice a avocado... it was soooo good

GREAT! The combination of ingredients is one the whole family likes. I served it with Spanish Rice to complete the meal. I'm sure we'll have it again soon.

This is a fabulous recipe. We've tried all kinds of different BBQ sauces - our favorite was a Honey Chipotle. We just broil the marinated meat (already in strips) and saute the veggies with a fajita spice. Nearly a weekly meal.

Wow, this recipe is amazing. We've doubled the recipe because my husband loves to take the leftovers to work. I couldn't find Bulls-Eye with A1, so I just mixed up my own, and it's delicious! I will definately make this again.

I made this last night and cut the steak, pepper and onions first. I used my grill basket and grilled the steak in the basket a couple of minutes then added the veggies. At the end I added the BBQ sauce. It turned out great! The meat was so tender and I also added to tortillas to the grill to soften up! GREAT MEAL!!!! With hardly any clean up!
