BBQ Ham & Cheese-Stuffed Meatloaf

Thinly sliced ham adds a smoky deliciousness to this BBQ-sauced stuffed meatloaf.

What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef

 saltine crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)

 eggs, beaten
1/2
cup  finely chopped onions
2
cloves  garlic, minced
1/4
tsp.  black pepper
3/4
cup  BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices

lb.  OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX ground beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, onions, garlic, pepper and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce just until blended.

PLACE meat mixture into 11x8-1/2-inch rectangle on sheet of waxed paper; top with ham and cheese, spreading ingredients to within 1-1/2 inches of edges. Roll up tightly, starting at one short side and pulling away waxed paper as meat is rolled. Place, seam side down, on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 48 to 50 min. or until done (160ºF), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 40 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into 8 slices.
