I do not eat meat, poultry, etc... so this was a great receipe for someone who's favorite meal " was" Meatloaf, Mashed, LeSeur Peas..yummmmy Great source of protein. I did not measure anything just poured it in and stop when it looked like I used to make! Came out PERFECT!! Very Good for ANYONE that does not eat meat or is looking to change! Added A-1, more onion, alittle hot sauce, Worshire sauce (SP), Bar-BQ. Will make again, once a week for sure!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much better than I thought it would be. Much better than I thought it would be. As a vegetarian I am ALWAYS looking for great new recipes to try out! The only "complaint" is that mine did NOT look anything like the picture and I followed the recipe to a tee! A good recipe especially if you eat it with mashed potatoes and corn (mixed together,it gives it more flavor and tastes more like "meatloaf" for those that love meat but it still isn't the same to them-just close enough).

I thought it didnt quite set and the texture was not like regular meatloaf since of course using soy beef. I love meatloaf so this wont be the replacement for lean ground beef, although I do love soy meat. I'll try to make it again with regular meat, the bbq gives it a great flavor!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was very quick and easy to make. This recipe was very quick and easy to make. It takes little time to prepare and was very tasty. My husband who is very picky even had two helpings! My 5-year-old daughter is even pickier and even she had a few bites of it. I'll definitely be making it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely loved the way the meatloaf turned out. I absolutely loved the way the meatloaf turned out. I used ketchup in place of the BBQ sauce and made a ketchup/mustard/brown sugar topping in place plain ketchup. My husband didn't even know that I used veggie burger. I would totally make it again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I made this recipe twice, the second time using less BBQ sauce. I made this recipe twice, the second time using less BBQ sauce. Honestly, I didn't care for it. My boyfriend liked it (he's not very picky), but I prefer the traditional meatloaf with the meat substituted for soy crumbles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok, a good low fat/calorie substitute for Meatloaf. Ok, a good low fat/calorie substitute for Meatloaf. It didn't stay together well like regular meatloaf. I wouldn't use seasoned breadcrumbs, it throws in too many flavors. Very simple and fast to prepare!
