I do not eat meat, poultry, etc... so this was a great receipe for someone who's favorite meal " was" Meatloaf, Mashed, LeSeur Peas..yummmmy Great source of protein. I did not measure anything just poured it in and stop when it looked like I used to make! Came out PERFECT!! Very Good for ANYONE that does not eat meat or is looking to change! Added A-1, more onion, alittle hot sauce, Worshire sauce (SP), Bar-BQ. Will make again, once a week for sure!!
