  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Blend barbecue sauce, 4 peach halves and ginger in blender until smooth. Reserve half the sauce for serving with the cooked chops.
  • Cut remaining peach halves into 3 wedges each. Place chops and peach wedges on grill grate; brush with some of the remaining sauce.
  • Grill 4 min., turning peaches and brushing with some of the remaining sauce after 2 min. Remove peaches from grill. Cook chops an additional 4 to 5 min. or until done (145ºF), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce. Remove from grill. Let stand 3 min. Meanwhile, heat reserved sauce.
  • Place chops on platter; top with peaches. Drizzle with reserved sauce; sprinkle with onions.


Substitute nectarines for the peaches.
