What You Need

small onion, sliced

small green pepper, sliced

Tbsp. oil, divided

bone-in or boneless pork chops (2-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork

cup KRAFT THICK 'N SPICY or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

COOK onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp. of the oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.

ADD remaining 1 Tbsp. oil and chops to skillet. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through, turning over after 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

SPOON onion mixture over chops; top with barbecue sauce. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to low; cook until sauce is heated through. Serve with stuffing.

My husband loved this recipe. I am not a hug fan of pork chops due to the different texture, but he loved it. I would most likely use chicken next time. We ate this with homemade rolls and the stuffing was perfect with it!

be sure to drain the extra oil before putting bbq sauce on.

I've always liked pork and stuffing together, especially in the cold winter months. The BBQ sauce just adds exra yumm to the pork chops!

I didn't care for the taste very much. Iwill not be making this again. I read the reviews and decided to try it and was I was very disappointed!

My Daughters and I made this on Saturday4-1-06 It was absolutely wonderful, and we made our own bbq sauce, making it our own recipe along with the given one, yummy!!!!! I can't wait to try the next one!!!!! jillers10-----4-3-06
