BBQ Pork and Parmesan Potato Grill

These pork tenderloins have got it all going on with tangy BBQ flavor and a burst of citrus. Pair them with Parmesan potatoes and fire up the grill.

What You Need

cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
tsp.  grated orange zest
tsp.  ground cumin
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb. each)
lb.  sliced (1/4-inch thick) unpeeled red potatoes
cup  water
 cloves garlic, minced
cup  KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
cups  broccoli florets, steamed

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce and orange zest; set aside. Combine cumin and pepper; rub evenly onto meat. Place potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable dish. Add water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 8 min; drain. Toss potatoes with garlic and dressing. Spray large sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spary. Place potato mixture on foil. Bring up top and sides of foil to completely seal packet.

PLACE packet on grill; grill 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning once. Grill meat 8 min. on each side. Brush with half of the barbecue sauce mixture. Grill an additional 5 min.; turn over. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Continue grilling 5 min. or until meat is cooked to medium doneness (160°F).

TRANSFER meat to carving board; tent with foil. Let stand 5 min Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Open potato packet; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve meat with the hot potatoes and broccoli.
