Here's a quick weeknight dish everyone will want to get their hands on: tender pork chop strips with BBQ sauce and peppers, all wrapped in soft tortillas.

What You Need

tsp.  oil
lb.  boneless pork chops, cut into strips
 onion, sliced
 each green and red pepper, cut into strips
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
 flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until evenly browned. Add vegetables; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender.

STIR in barbecue sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 6 to 8 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

SPOON meat mixture down centers of tortillas; roll up.

How to Easily Cut the Chops into Strips
Partially freeze the meat before cutting it into strips.
Prepare using 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas.
Substitute 1 lb. boneless pork loin for the chops; cut into strips, then use as directed.
